I am trying to get rid of a systemic yeast infection. Making the stomach more acidic helps. Apple vinegar can do that, and is recommended in some of the books I have.

You may want to go to www. hufa. org and check out the yeast link to get some basic information. Also check out the symptoms link to see if you have symptoms that may be an underlying blood sugar imbalance. Sometimes those can cause cravings. Pregnancy too can cause cravings, for the same reason.

You may not be getting all the nutrients you need from your diet. Make sure you're eating enough veggies and whole grains and eat less sugar.

You could also take a multi-vitamin.
