Clamydia is generally a sexually transmitted disease, although there are cases where it has been picked up by sitting on the edge of a hot tub, but those are few and far between. There are drugs to help get rid of this STD so get checked. Untreated, you can ruin chances of carrying a pregnancy to term and develop more problems. Remember, you didn't just develop this on your own, someone made it a "gift" to you. Men generally don't even know they have it. Protect yourself...no one else will. Also, if you can get Clamydia, you can contract other STD's, like HIV. You need to be tested at the health department or your doctors office. Again, please take care of you!

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection. It can cause symptoms like itching, burning when you pee, and pelvic pain. It's not all that serious unless it's left untreated, in which case it can ascend in the genitourinary tract and cause pelvic inflammatory disease which is very painful and can lead to infertility. It's easily treated with a course of antibiotics, but it's important that you inform any sexual partners that you've had it so that they can be treated too, so that they don't give it to anyone else or give it back to you.

yeas unfortunately it is bad because it can make you infertile,you have to make sure that it is completely gone out of your blood,get a blood test at the drs and make sure its gone because this is a sexually transmitted disease that has no symptoms

Sexually Transmitted Disease, can be devistating to woman of child bearing years if it takes out your ovaries. GET CHECKED IF U THINK U HAVE IT!

it can be if left treated it can ruin your tubes and chances of getting preg if you think or know your partner or someone they slept with got it you must get checked out some people are Carry's and don't realise they got it as Carry's don't have symptom's

yes it is if left untreated...i know it can cause infertility thats about all i know.ask your doctor aswell,he will be able to give you much more correct advice. all i know is if left too late can cause infertility.i hope youll be ok love.god bless youxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

it is a std and if you have it you are kinda lucky because it is one of the std's that are treatable...but you need to get the medicine quick because it could make you infertile....
