How can I regulate my period without using birth control?

I have bad reactions to birth control including depression, mood swings, and worse menstrual cycles. I also have irregular periods, going 4 to 6 months without one then having one for up to 2 months continuous. Is there anything that can regulate without it being birth control?

Missing Period for almost 3 months, not preg, what's wrong?!?

Hi, i'm 18.

I havent had my period since the end of april/ beginning of may, and it's now the end of july. I would have not had my period for three months. I'm not pregnant i've never had sex. I went to the doctor (not a gyno) a month ago and he tested my urine and said nothing is wrong. However, i'm getting worried that something is wrong because this is the longest i've ever missed a period.

On the second month, I spotted for a day. It wasn't brown or anything, it was bright red so I thought I would start my period. But nothing happened after that.

I have mild discharge, clear or white, normal looking/odor and it is pretty frequent.

I don't really want to make a trip to the gyno, but...

Has anyone had this happen or know of what's wrong? I'm trying not to get worried because maybe that is what delays my period, but I can't help it. I neeed some reassurance or more information. Thanks!

Does Breast reduction change weight??

See I am thinking off undergoing breast reduction. My breast size is a DDD 38 and I weight 175 and I am 5'4 people say most of my weight carry in my breast so once I get a breast reduction will that help lose some of those pounds?

What is wrong with my body?

I am having problems with my period. I started two months ago and it was really light. It would stop off and on. In between I would have heavy days with big clots. Then I would lightly spot for the rest of the time. Two weeks ago, I had 8 days of very heavy bleeding with large clots, stopped for four days and started again. I went to the ER last week and they said it was either hormones or a cyst popped. I have PCOS. They also said I had some infection of the urinary tract. They gave me antibiotics and progestin. I have been bleeding off and on all week. One day heavy, one day light, one day none. I have to wait two weeks for a gynecologist appt. I am very worried. What could it be? HELP

it itches... help?

the inside of my vagina itches and upon inspection i did find a little tiny skin tag type of thing, its not all dead skin becausecant pull it off. im not even sure if that is important. im not sexually active, but i did just shave down there today. i no it gets agravated when u shave but i shave pretty often and this has never happened. also, i should be just ending my period, its on the 6th day and it never last this long, ive been having my period for years so its gotten regular. anyway im still finding little bright red clots that ive never noticed before with any other period, and i dont no if this could be related to the itching. its really freaking annoying... any ideas?
