Line your panties with a Bay Leaf, and it'll smell like chicken soup. Use Sweet Basil, and you'll smell like spaghetti sauce. A spig of Oregano will make you smell like a pizza. A couple of coffee beans will make you smell like a fresh Starbuck's espresso....

If you a different smell down there you need to go to the doctor. You could have bacterial vaginosis. Look it up and see if that sounds like what you have. It is normal to smell a little different once in a while like if you are on your period or have gotten really sweaty. If it is not because of one of those reasons please go to the doctor while BV isn't an STD it can cause Pelvic inflammatory disease if let untreated which can lead to infertility. And whatever you do DON'T douche. You vagina is self cleansing your not supposed to douche it. Douching will kill the good bacteria that are needed to keep a natural balance.

Wash regularly, but do not SCRUB. Make sure you wash after urinating and do not ever douche! It's supposed to be VERY bad for down there. Spritz with perfume and use some lotion.

If you are having a problem with a lot of odor, strong odor after sexual activity, or a fishy odor, you should go see your ob/gyn, as it is a sign of infection.
Otherwise, proper washing and hygiene goes a long way. You can also wear pantyliners and change them throughout the day or try feminine hygiene washes/sprays.

Taking garlic tablets and chlorophyl tablets are supposed to help with that... also you may need to make sure you have no yeast infection. Just because you may not be scratching and clawing doesn't mean you don't have yeast. actually it's all over your body and the best thing is to see a naturopathic doctor for that. they can steer you in the right direction

The vagina cleans itself naturally. If you have a smell down there, you probably have a sexually transmitted disease(STD). If you do not know this, you are probably too young to be having sex.
You need to go to see a gynecologist. In the meantime, try eating yogurt to balance your Ph level. Use condoms if you feel you must have sex and you probably should seek counseling.
