Well, if he/she weren't then you would need to be worried about things such as bowel obstructions or something abnormal within his abdominal cavity, but since he is pooping, I say don't worry about it. He/she is fine.

This is a sign that your baby in normal, now if he/she wasn't pooping that would be a problem. When humans eat they product solid waste just like most other animals.
