either crabs, yeast infection, the fabric of your panties, maybe you havent been douching, washing cleanly, probably got an alergic reaction to the soap you wash with or maybe you just been itching tooooo much

A lot of simple things could be causing it. Using colored tissue paper (the dye) a different brand of soap (to many chemicals) sweating from too many layers of clothing (panties, hose, ) and no breathing space. Leaving wet clothes on too long like a swimsuit (bacteria) tampon or pad choice (if deodorant is in or on them) panties. you need a cotton crotch to breath.

i would suggest shaving that area CLEAN and then get in the shower under the hottest water you can stand and with some good antibacterial soap wash the heck out of it. go to the store and get some monostat and if that does not work go to the doctor 'cus you have something pretty nasty
