I'm 13 years old and want to cut back and lose some fat...how many calories should i intake daily?

I have this fist sized knot in my hair. I have took a LONG time to grow my hair out and really don't want to cut out a big clump. I've tryed getting it out by tugging but that is painful and unsucessful. What CAN I do?

Okay I had unprotected sex at 8pm on Saturday. He didn't c*m inside me- he pulled out and came on my back then I gave him a bl*w job. My question is should I still get the morning after pill, even if he didn't c*m in me? And what is the time frame for the morning after pill to work? Thank you so much for your help. oral sex has been considered to be frowned in many cultures, society and some parts of the world. for myself i would say this is a matter of 2 person.If both feel it's OK why bother what others think.furthermore we always curious of everything.So now my questions to the girls ( get rid of those shyness)-do girls take oral sex as a form of preference like men?is there a limitation to that?

After my period i have a thick almost dry mucus come out for about a week and then it goes away....this happens right after my period and at first it is a little yellow and it starts to get more white and clear..........are there any other females that have that?

This particular medicne I need help with is called Nexium 40mg cap.delay release. it's made by AstraZeneca. I am a recepient of Social Security which is changing almost everyday and this percription which filled last month went from free then to over $150.00 now. I don't have the money to pay and if not for my son I don't have to live in my car. If I payed for this one medicne I would have no money for the rest of the month.
