Unlike some here I sympathise with you. I have suffered since my teens, even BEFORE I knew what PMS was. I would suggest Oil of Evening Primrose, but it takes around 3 months to get any benefit. Vitamin B6 or a Bcomplex tablet and a magnesium supplement for quicker results. Don't let anyone tell you it doesn't exist, can any of the people here prove that ? it is a medical fact ! It's a chemical hormonal imbalance.

I have suggestions that I hope you'll look into seriously.
I believe it's all about attitude and all these fancy names society is calling it don't help a person get their attitude fixed.
You probably rarely do anything fun or just for you. You probably spend so much time on other people there is nothing left for yourself. The trick is to put yourself first. Do things that make you happy and feel good about yourself. Go on a shopping spree every now and then. Get your hair styled in a new way. Go out with some lady friends for lunch a couple times a week. Chuck the housework or the job once in a while and go to a movie or hang out at home watching tv.
Find a hobby that you truly like. Like painting or music or playing golf - something fun and just for you.
If you're happy, your attitude will be so wonderful people will flock to you and you will LOVE your life.
Be selfish. In so being you become happy and make everyone around you happier too. So it's not as selfish as it sounds.
Best of luck to you.......(I did it)

cut out starchy carbs the week before. eat oat based cereal for breakfast. dont take suger or sweet things or alcohol. eat lots of yoghurt and fish or chicken or eggs with salad and stuff. No bread at lunchtime or baked potatoes etc. just protein and veg. dont eat fruit either during the day. Finish ur day with a glass of warm milk sweetened with runny honey, a slice of toast and a banana and some almonds before bed. Try it for 5 days leading up to your period for a month. not brilliant fun but neither is behaving like a bear with a burnt bum!
