I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you don't need a Dr's advice. I am a woman and I've been through this to. The only person who can help is yourself and someone to talk to. Your body is controlled by your brain and as long as your brain keeps thinking about it your broken heart your body will respond accordingly, I lost 3 stone because of it but until i had resolved the problem of my broken heart and accepted it only then did my health return. You can talk to me and I'll help you.I suggest you get some St Johns Wort capsules they help in cases like this. If you e mail me and give me your e mail address for a reply I have several treatments for this kind of thing

Eat 3 meals a day
Take exercise

You are very upset & grieving, the loss of your relationship is like a sudden death & the routine you have established has also gone not to mention some friends you both had.
There is so much loss when a relationship ends that you need to give yourself time to go through the grieving process, it doesn't happen overnight but it does get easier in time.
Try to keep to your usual routine as much as possible like eating the usual amount of food, getting the usual amount of exercise etc
