Start slow and try something nutritious but easy to digest. Clear broth would be the best to start. Try chicken or beef bouillon. You can get this at the store in a can or cubes that dissolve in hot water. If you can tolerate this then the next step would be to add some carbs and protein to your diet. Try chicken noodle soup and then add some vegetables if your body will accept them. Above all, make sure and drink lots of water. Your body will recover more quickly if you stay well hydrated. If you can, try to drink some pediolite or Gatorade if that is agreeable. Good luck. If this persists more than a week, or you can't hold down water, you must see a doctor for assistance.

Oh dear- A number of times I've been so sick I literally couldn't eat, so I know where you're coming from.
Don't try to eat anything solid right now: Your somach will rebel. Try chicken soup or broth, and drink some nice hot teas. If you can eat, crackers probably would stay on your stomach most easily.
Between times, try crushed ice and coke, 2 spoons every 5 minutes for hydration. Other than that, sleep as much as you can.
Feel better!

Continue to take clear fluids if you can keep them down. You can survive on them for a few weeks if you are not vomiting or having diarrhea. I would recommend going to a doctor if you find no improvement after a few days, just to be sure nothing serious is going on.

just have to force yourself to eat - if its your stomach bugging you, try BRAT diet -= bananas, rice, applesauce, toast....
If its anything else, just make sure you take in protein, carbs and take a vitamin supplement with some food with some fat in it... if you take vitamins on an empty stomach or with non-fat foot, you do not absorb Vit E,D,A,K - you pee it out :O)
And you need E,D,A right now if youre sick
