Everyone is different, could be....IMO I don't think so...I'm assuming you're pregnant. I knew I was in labor because I'd get a cramp kinda feeling in my lower belly, *excuse me for saying* but kinda like you gotta take a **** but not really. :P If your contractions are regular and like 5? minutes apart you should probably head to the hospital. If you have a certain hospital you're already set up to go to you can call them & let htem know what's going on, usually they'll have you call back after like half an hour or so and if you're feeling the same or worse they'll have you come in. No it doesn't. It's just the weight bearing down on your legs. My wife went through it during the last month of her pregnancy. If you think you are in labor time your contractions. If they are in between 3-5 mins apart then go to the hospital!!

I hope not! I get them all of the time , and as a guy I haven't had one baby yet from thigh cramps!

if u were in labor i think u would need t go 2 e hospital and get help about that.that other guy is A jerk!!

No it means you have a cramp in ur upper thigh!!!
