My wife is 32 years old and two years ago underwent a partial hystorectomy due to endometriosis. Recently she has been describing hormone shifts and extreme changes in temperature. Is it possible that she could be starting menopause? Please forgive my spelling if it's off

i usually have quite heavy periods with little pain but this month i have been having really sore tummy and lower back but no blood?
when i have been spotting its dried old blood?
im on the pill and i missed a couple of days so this pack has lasted a couple days longer than it should!
any advice please, im 19 so ive had periods for at least five years now so im very regular normally!

1. Youghurt
2. Coconut Oil
3. Egg White
Is it good to use this mixture as a substitute for hair shampoos?
