ok this is a serious question as far as i can tell, so lets not be bitchy to him. ok so you put on the bra by turning it inside out, sort of flipping it down, and around so that the hooks are in front of you. connect the hooks, then turn the bra around yourself, till the hooks are in the back, then just slip your hands thru the arm holes, pull the straps up onto your shoulders, and settle the cups over your chest. there are cutlets that can fill the cups, i know a friend bought a great pair at fredericks of hollywood that are like silicone filled, and warm while next to your body and look and feel very natural. i understand this might be secret thing, but if you go to fredericks, or even victorias secret, the salesladies will help you as far as measuring, sizing and what not goes. corsets are really cool for shaping, and again youre gonna need help for the lacing. for pantyhose, you hold them just like socks, and bunch them all up, slip your toe in and then gently pull them up. a note about the salesgirl suggestion- i doubt theyd be judgemental or rude, i mean youre a sale, and thats a commission no matter what sex you are. they shouldnt be rude to you, and if they are, report them to the manager. and lastly, a note about the corset idea- corsets are great for temporary dressing enhancements, but if you wear them all the time- also called waist cinxhers, or binders, under your clothing, they help you with posture, and do eventually change the shape of your hips and waist, thats why they call it corset training- cause its training your shape to be what you want it to be. so if you do opt to buy one, dont rush through the purchase, theyre expensive and can make a world of difference in your carriage and shape. hope this helps.

Most women hook the bra band in front of them and spin it around to the back, then put their arms in the straps... I do it the hard way, I hook it and slip it over my head.
Pantyhose are a chore..... first, you have to guess the front from the back, then you scrunch one leg down from the opening down to the toe,
slide your foot in, up to about the calve, the repeat with the other foot,
scootch up one leg at a time until you get them the whole way up.
I have worn a bra every day for more than 20 years and I still hate taking them off and on.
Pantyhose I only wear when I absolutely have to.

Oh boy....
here you go: bra: 1. hold it in front of you- the way it would be when you are wearing it 2. now grab the two ends and slide them meeting each other in front of you 3. now hook them together 4. slide it around to the starting position again 5 slip into the shoulder straps----voila!
panty hose: 1. hold it in fron of you 2. now one at a time: grab little by little side of one leg until you reach th e part where the toes go 3. slip one foot in.....do the same to the other side----voila!

Well you put the back on in the front and snap them straight across, then you reverse that side to the back and then put the straps on your shoulders. Now pantyhose are just common sense.

well im not going to ask anything to personal and just assume this is for fun *but don't lie to your to be wife if you think you might have other inclinations* but you just slide your arms threw and clasp the back *pull over it and down* and as far as hose go i roll them down little and rullem up leg by leg. lol

If you start stealing and wearing your girlfriends bra, don't forget to undo the latch on the back before you put them in her drawer. My exhusband did that and I busted him.
