I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and if you listen to those answers (except the last one) you will end up worse off. Fainting is caused by excess pain. The brain reacts by shutting down so that it can't feel the pain. You can either lie down with your legs raised higher than your heart. Or place your head between your knees if you can. Or take slow deep breaths. In through the nose and out slowly through the mouth. The object is to get oxygen to the brain. Your adrenal glands are responding by flooding your vital organs with blood and oxygen, which means everything else is starved of blood and oxygen
Who's the clown who said antibiotics and aspirin, both will not cure your problem and aspirin will aggravate your colon even more
I do wish that people who do not have any medical experience would stop giving advice on medical problems that could be dangerous.

I'd guess the fainting is probably a respose to the pain, so you probably can't really stop it until you manage to stop the pain. You could maybe try using old fashioned smelling salts, carry a little bottle around in your pocket and wave it under your nose when you start to feel faint. Or, just lie down and raise your legs above your head when you start feeling faint.

I've never know anyone with colic that was old enough to use a computer.
