i can't be in the sun for long because i'll get really dark what can i do besides wearing sunblock, i still get really dark with sunblock and i am already have a natural caramel type color.

I am 26 and have quite a bit of gray hair. I started seeing a little at 19 and it has continued from there. I just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem.

Here is what happend:
About a few months ago I get this call from this guy, that I don't know, who is really pissed at "me" for not picking up Kristi at her softball game. I have no idea who either of those people are. I "played" along with the guy tho. I was like, "Dude, Kristi can get a ride home with her friends I'm busy!" They guy totally believed it, at least then he did. He kept asking what I'm doing that I can't pick her up, etc.
Then he called back about a month ago and left me a voice mail saying, "What the H*ll was that?" B/c my voice mail is entirely in French.
Then I decieded to call them. It was so much fun! My friends and I would do it. I tried to sell them a busty women subscribtion. I said I was a guy on the radio and they won a lifetime supply of toothbrushes. It was great! When school was in session I would call them like once a day with my friends!
Then school ended.

my period lasts for a week. i know its different for others. i get really tired during the day in the first three days of my period. what should i do to keep my energy up and not become moody? i dont want to workout since it makes the blood flow faster.

I don't think is fair that we(women) have all the responsability to prevent pregnacy. Some of the methods out there have so many side effects. Its kind of scary.

i am 13 years old and i have stretch marks?? i don't know why because i am not fat and these stretch marks are all over my hips and they are embarrasing. do stretch marks ever fade??? will they ever go away? i need real answers not some dumb answers that don't make any sense!

I have 3. Now I get clots once in a while (sorry I know it's gross). I get breast tenderness a wk before hand. Is it normal for your cycles to change like that? Could I be starting menopause at 33? My mom was 46 when she got hers!

I lost mine a year ago to my husband but i dont remember any bleeding down there. I hear from others that when you start to bleed your no longer a virgin. i dont know what to think anymore. im sure i lost mine then, but am just wondering if its different for everyone. what do you say?

Okay, I'm getting my first manicure soon. I haven't done it before because I chewed my nails, and they were too bad to get that done. I was just wondering how long the manicure would last, because I have a summer camp the next week, and I want my nails to look good. I don't want fake nails, just polish, probably a french manicure. I used to bite my nails. I finally stopped about a year ago, and my nails took forever to get strong and long. Now that I have strong nails, I want to reward myself by getting a manicure (not fake nails, though). How long do my nails have to be for that? And what is a good price?
