ur body is constantly working to get rid of the blood in the lining of the uterus causing tiredness and sometimes weakness..my recommendation is to drink hot tea in the morning to get rid of cramps and it helps with tiredness throughout the day.

The iron in your body is going out through the way of the blood. Try taking some iron pills with time release. You could be anemic during the menstruation.

Sometimes people become tired from not being active. It's been shown in many studies that those that workout and stay active are less tired than those that sit around and do nothing all day. You didn't mention in your description if you have cramps or not, but workingout helps the cramps go away faster, and the more you workout the less likely you are to have cramps in future cycles.
