There is no natural way to permanently enhance your breast size. You can take the pills or use the creams but those just make more blood flow in your breast area for a short amount of time so they only appear bigger. After you have your child and stop breastfeeding, your breasts will return to normal size.

uuuugh. Just enjoy what you have. I've been a d since puberty, and it suuuuuucks. theyre heavy and in the way, and you look like a freak show whenever you jog. I'd give anything for tiny boobs.
being pregnant will help. Iam almost three months and already in a 34 DD. MISERABLE.
God i hate having boobs.

You should be thankful for what you have. I'm one year away from forty and I didn't actually get breast till I was thirty two. I'm not unhappy about it either cause now I have oranges instead of plums lol lol GOD blesses us all in time.

The only way is to have children, but then they'll look not so good, so not really. You don't even need to do all that stuff. Be happy with your own appearance.

By doing exercises that focus on the muscles behind the breast (pectoral muscles) will help lift the breast, and make them look larger but will not actually make them larger.

No. But you can do some exercises to help strengthen the support muscles. And a good fitting bra works wonders!
