Here is what happend:
About a few months ago I get this call from this guy, that I don't know, who is really pissed at "me" for not picking up Kristi at her softball game. I have no idea who either of those people are. I "played" along with the guy tho. I was like, "Dude, Kristi can get a ride home with her friends I'm busy!" They guy totally believed it, at least then he did. He kept asking what I'm doing that I can't pick her up, etc.
Then he called back about a month ago and left me a voice mail saying, "What the H*ll was that?" B/c my voice mail is entirely in French.
Then I decieded to call them. It was so much fun! My friends and I would do it. I tried to sell them a busty women subscribtion. I said I was a guy on the radio and they won a lifetime supply of toothbrushes. It was great! When school was in session I would call them like once a day with my friends!
Then school ended.

Sorry I ran outa room!

After school ended I didn't call them at all. But then a few days ago they called me at 3 a.m. They didn't leave a voice mail or anything. And whenever I call them they swear like saliors! I can tell they aren't "smart" people b/c of the way they talk, etc. And there number means they live about 20 min away from my house. And I kinda live in a wealthy place if ya get my drift.
So what can they do? I do that * thing when I call. And I always do it from my cell. I'm a minor. What could they do? I don't think I'm gonna call them back anytime soon! I've told them that they called my 1st. But what are the "laws" for this? Thanks!

I forgot to say that recently they are saying they are going to, "call the cops," on me if I don't stop. Thanks again!

get the high court to order the telephone company to give the frequency of prank call *that will cost you several thousands of dollars) then use that order from the court and approach the telephone company

when you have obtained documentary evidence, you can then proceed to take legal action against the prank caller .. you will need a lawyer ,, that will cost you several thousands of dollars...
at the end .. there wouldn't be any guaranty if the caller will be convicted....

or you could tell dad and change your number .....

Peace!

I don't know of any laws, however, its seems as if you may have brought this on yourself for not telling the person on the other line that they had the wrong number, and then continuing to prank call them...

if caught by the cops, the whole affair could just be a misdemeanor or a slap on the wrist
