About 4 months ago i discovered a lump behind my ear. I went to the doctor who told me that it was nothing to worry about. About a month later i returned to my doctor,as the lump was getting bigger. I was referred for tests, and told the lump was on my lymph nodes I am now awaiting surgery to have it removed. But, ive still not been told what it is,or what has caused it, any ideas?

I am an 18 year old male and I am 5'10", which I know isn't short, the thing is my dad is 6'3" my mom is only 5'2", but the doctor told me I would be at least 6 foot. Is there any hope for me to reach this even though I'm already 18?

What usually happens at a cosulation for "sleep apnea". I have problems breathing at night, and I wake up sometimes gasping for air ! It doesn't happen every night. Also if the doctor does order a sleep test, what if my breathing is fine that night, is there any other way they can tell I might have a sleeping problem if it doesn't happen "Every Night" THANKS SO MUCH!

do u think people will still go out as much and also how are they going to police this? personally i think its wrong, smoking can cause death yes but u still see macdonalds selling burgers to over weight people and that causes death aswell..........what do u think??

cause health problems for me or others cause she stays at my home a lot and has hid the fact she has been and still is a meth addict? what kind of effects could this have on her kids when they visit her orwhat should a person look for? any help is appreciated.

I haven't slept well for a month, so finally I tried Nyquil. After about an hour it kicked in. I fell asleep but periodically last night (after taking it) woke up (1am, 2am, 3am)...I had only gotten about 3-4 hours/night on average but after taking Nyquil, I slept for 11 hours. Now it is nearly 4pm and I still feel exhausted. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know if it is still having some sort of effect on me or if it allowed me to sleep but the quality of sleep wasn't good. Anyone have ideas?

The other day I wore one of my sister's earrings. I had forgotton to wash it first because she told me that she can't wear certain earrings and that her ears bleed or something like that. After i wore hers my ears started bleeding and had a black dot on the hole wear you put the earrings in. What do I do? does that mean I'm not gonna be able to wear earrings again? is there a solution for this? are there certain earrings I should avoid?

I have seen a lot of meth users and they all have the same blank, expressionless faces. It seems like absolutely nothing matters to them, they neglect their children, their apperance, etc. Do you believe that using meth is almost like losing you soul?

Bottle. See you have to have opiates in the bottle with all your info or you can get busted. So rather than keep them in a huge bottle can the pharmacie provide me with a bottle only big enough for a couple that has all the required info on there. Or will they put your info (sticker) on a pill organiser or something like that?

I've been told I have to learn to live with the "glare" that I'm suffering in my right eye. Over the last week it's gotten worse. There's still no sign in the pupil of it going cloudy yet, but I'm getting major headaches trying to deal with the extra light. I also have photophobia, sorry if the spelling isn't right. Has anyone else my age suffered from this?

My tonsils have be swollen for a week now but they aren't sore nor do I have a fever so I don't think this is strep throat. They seem to have a white color to them and also the back of my tounge. The only difficulties I'm having is breathing at night (sometimes in the day), fatiuge, headachs, and mild chest pains, oh and difficulty swallowing but not cause of soreness because they are so big it's hard to get food down. I'm not sure what this is, so does anyone have an idea? and if so any over-the-counter meds I can take?

please my husband orally my jaw gets locked up. I have had this problem all my life with eating and such. I went to a dentist to have some work done and my jaw actually locked open. Does anyone have any advice or tips to fix this problem or what it is?

For 2 days I have an amusing feeling in the kidney area. I don't know exactly whether its in kidneys direct. I did not wear a shirt and it was kind of cold , after putting on my pullover still in this area remained kind of cold, as if l dont anything on me !!!ber. My husband flew from Kentucky to Arizonia on Monday and on Tuesday he started feeling nausea and dizzy. I am so concerned, he has been having some blood preasure issues, but I have read that high blood preasure don't really have symptoms. I guess I am wondering could it be jet-lag? If so how long does this last?

my girlfriend has this problem were she gets really hot when asleep. so hot that when i had a fever, she was to warm to spoon with still. she is a mild narcoleptic (falls asleep in around 4 minutes flat any place) could this be a problem? what could be causing this? how should we solve this if it is a problem?
