I'm tired of taking pills all the time for headaches, is there anything else I can take for headaches besides warm milk which I don't like?? Thanks. :-)

strangely enough I was just writing about that.
Depends on the headache but a 'cure all' infusion will be chamomile, rosemary and peppermint.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.

It depends on what is causing your headaches. Dehydration will cause headaches and since it is starting to get warmer, your body might be lacking in sufficiency. ~ Seriously. I had that problem a few years ago.

I watch my allergies closely. Use saline flush to clean out sinus before I get sinusitis.
