having withdrawals after quiting coffee drinking 4 days ago. headaches. how long is caffene withdrawel last?

only drank one large cup of really stong coffee in morning. when will I be withdrawel free?

Mine lasted 3 days when I gave up tea, but I drank it all day long to the point I was getting dehydrated. (caffeine makes you pee) Coffee must have more caffeine than tea if yours is lasting longer than that.

Usually it takes 3 or 4 days. I just got "off" of soda after having 1 or 2 sodas a day. I got headaches for the first three days but after that it was ok. You also may need to drink more water.
