I know my diet is AWFUL. I don't cook and eat mostly cafeteria + fast food.

I've been considering taking a multi-vitamin for a long time. I have a history of osteoporosis in the family, and a doctor once told me that my bones are too thin.

SO! I want to take a multi-vitamin (Centrum) and a calcium supplement (Caltrate D).
Is this safe? Is there anything such as TOO MUCH CALCIUM?

Also, I read on the net that Centrum doesn't work because it isn't "time-released". Is this true? Does it matter?

Thanks in advance!

the rumbling feels like water movements not like it's growling like i'm hungry. Also, I'd feel tense around that area and there was one time when it started hurting my body started to shake and my heart felt like it was raising.

An insurance company states that 90% of its claims are settled within 5 weeks. A consumer group selected a random sample of 100 of the company’s claims and found 75 of the claims were settled within 5 weeks. Is there enough evidence to support the consumer group’s claim that fewer than 90% of the claims were settled within 5 weeks? Test using the traditional approach with alpha = 0.05

THANKS

A researcher wishes to compare two different groups of students with respect to their mean time to complete a particular task. The time required is determined for each group. The data summary is given below. Test the claim at alpha= 0.05, that there is no variance. Give the critical region, test statistic value, and conclusion for the F test.

Mine is. In fact, if I leave the window to my house open for five minutes, my entire desk is covered with yellow dust. It makes me sneeze, too. I do not even have allergies. I can even see it building up on the driveway, I'm afraid to eat outside for fear of pollen poisoning. Please, let me know that I'm not alone. I'm almost going crazy. HELP!

BTW, I live in northeast Alabama.

My son has been having a lot of issues lately with frequent infections (scarlet fever, ear infections, colds, etc), then when everything seems to get better he gets a fever with no other symptoms. The past week has been fevers from 105 - 100.1 with no apparant signs of infection. The family doc. recently did a CBC test along with others and found his white blood cell count to be low. Now we have to go back and do another test for comparative reasons. My son is also experiencing fatigue, headaches, bright red lips, and frequent nosebleeds. Any thoughts? The Dr. says it could be some type of bone marrow problem and he should be sent to a hemotologist. Is there anything else that could cause these problems? My son is 7.
