what does it mean when you have excessive water rumbling in your stomach with the combination of excessive ran

the rumbling feels like water movements not like it's growling like i'm hungry. Also, I'd feel tense around that area and there was one time when it started hurting my body started to shake and my heart felt like it was raising.

Sounds like excess gas in your intestines. Been there myself, including the fast pulse and shaky feeling... Try Gas-X and see if that helps.
