If they are inside out, you will know. They will sting, your eyes will get irritated and water. When you have the contact out, you can look and see the shape and if the lens is more of a v-shape than the other way, then it is probably inside out. Some people don't feel when their contacts are inside out and so it won't be a huge deal for them. It doesn't effect your vision, but your comfort will be affected.

Your eyes will get Irritated, and it kinda hurts. But to prevent just look at the contact lens while its on your finger and make sure its in the shape of a bowl, if it its then your good if its kinda Oval shapped its inside out.
