Yes it is a true. It is a fact that when you sneeze that your heart stops for a millisecond.

Your heart always keeps beating, no matter what. If your heart stops beating, you are officially dead, sneezing does not stop your heart, not even for a millisecond, you can't make your heart beat again if it already stop beating...

yup it stops for a second and starts on it's own again,sneezing is like jump starting your heart same with coughing.
