It si good to see stigma steadily dissapearing. My question is;- how have others found work, what do they find fits into their health and lifestlye, and do you enjoy your work etc. Any advice would be appreciated. Id be particulalry interested in hearing from those those in the creative disciplines e.g textiles, graphics etc......

I have scoliosis and suffer from sciatica, I visit the chiropractor every 3 weeks and exercise as much as my body can handle to try to combat the pain. I have linked up and now believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that when I don't drink any milk, my pain intensifies beyond belief. As soon as I resume drinking milk, the pain can almost disppear. I have done many trials to see what happens and if I stop milk for two days the pain comes back after those 2 days and then will calm down the next day if I drink milk again. I have tried low fat milk, cheese, etc ... to see if this has the same effect and it does not.
My problem is that I suffer from asthma also and drinking milk tends to agrivate it, so I cannot drink it all the time. So I'm either in extreeme pain or I can't breath. I need to find out what is in milk (obviously full cream milk) that is stopping the pain so I can find alternative source of it. I know its not the calcium as I tried taking calcium supplements and it didnt help.

Pease let me know if this sounds like ms?
Ok 7 months ago, I got this weird feeling all throughout my body, like this electrical feeling going through my body for 6 weeks, finally did an mri which was normal, also did one of my cervial spine that showed 3 bulging disks which i was treated for, which we blamed all my symptoms on the disks, now 7 months later I have the same exact symptoms, my body is tingling all over and some parts feel like they are burning, as if i got a sun burn, no numbness just major pins and needles for 2 weeks straight, saw a neuro yesterday and he said ms only effects one side of the body, is this true? Are the feelings only on one side? Also I feel like far away things seem a bit blur to me, and my left ear keeps getting plugged, i am going for another mri on tuesday, does this sound like ms? Please help 25/f

I can't stop thinking about blinking and have been blinking way too much because of this. It's been like this for the past few weeks. I feel like I have to control my blinking and my body just isn't taking care of it anymore. What should I do? I've tried distracting myself but it always comes back.

My partner is a drinker and most evenings he will drink either 8 cans of lager or 2 big bottles of cider or a bottle of vodka in one night and also smoke 10 cigarettes maybe over 2 nights - if it is a weekend he could do 4 cans of lager and a bottle of vodka.
Apart from he is slowly killing our relationship what damage is this doing to his body? He was a drinker when I met him but over the past few years he has gotten worse - he drinks because it helps him deal with stress and he recently got told that due to leg ulcers he cannot return to work so he is major stressed out.
I just want to know what I am facing if I stay bearing in mind I work and have 2 children to also take care of - I keep thinking if I go it will make him worse but if I stay can I really put my daughters through seeing him get ill all because he couldn't stop drinking.
