Lye down and use your first 2 fingers on each hand and rub hard starting in the middle of your forhead outward toward the end of your eyebrows. relax... that is how I get rid of mine.

what kind? migraine? if it is a migraine u might be eating too much MSG cut down on salty foods and you should stop getting them. if it is a regular headache just take an aspirin and lay down for a few hours.
