My mom feels queezy and i want to know what foods or some exercise might help. Plz no websites.

Definately products containing 'Acidophilus Bifidus' , you can get it in capsules (try 'Blackmores' brand, its good) or any yoghurts and pro-biotic drinks. They all help balance the in-balance in the stomach thats making her feel sick. When you have some, then you may even feel well enough to eat, dont east anything spicy or stong, stick to plain foods. Jelly is good, or dry toast. Then you can move onto plain soups.

Peppermint candy canes, pineapples and the juice helps me. Bending makes it feel worse so I try to stretch or lay flat.
