Try to stop encouraging the worst out the situation. When a situation comes of, make sure that you are not the cause of the problem. Knowing that you should be able to move on. But if this is not your problem. Always realize that life has it's ups and downs. There are going to be issues that you will have control over and there will be issues that you will not have any control over. When that happens decide quickly is this something that I want to tackle, is this worth me getting sick over. Learn to choose your battles.

See a psychologist to check if this is some sort of anxiety- you can try taking meds for that.
