Before i begin im 15 years old

Ok well the past few months i have been having alot of problems with my head
Im always feeling dizzy like when i wake up in the morning i cant walk strate becuase im dizzy it goes away during the day im just a bit consernd

I keep getting this sharp 2 sec pains in my head it just feels like someone is jabbing me witha needle in my head it happends maybe once a day some times not for a few days

im always tierd


Well my diet isent good i know that i dont really eat fruits or vegies
i only really eat meet and fast food.and im thinking my diet could be the problem

So can anyone maybe tell me whats going on becuase im getting really nerves and i dont know what i should do

Oh too more thing i have been getting alot headaches lately and my left eye is blury all the time my right eye is fine tho

Last semester i moved to college and started smoking pot alot like a couple times a week then decieded i didnt want to anymore so i moved back for semester and smoked a joint on new years eve and before that i smoke in dec. I did smoke once or more a day from thanksgiving until i left in dec. I have to take a drug test sometime next week and im scared that i wont pass. I have been working out and drinking lots of water and liquids that pass week. Will i be able to pass the drug test? If not i do have a detoxic drink should i take that just incase?

It started about a year ago. I can't remember when exactly, but my jaw has been popping a lot. It doesn't hurt, but everytime I eat or chew, talk, and yawn (Not all the time though) It pops. There's no pain or anything. I do, however, think it may have been caused by an accident I had whil iceskating. I sliped and fell landing on my side, the side of my face was the first thing that hit the Ice and I ended up getting stitches on my right eye.
It's hard to relax my jaw (although I'm not sure if that's normal or not)
I'm not sure if it's TMJ or not, but from the description of it, I'm thinking it's not.
Does anyone know what it is that's making my jaw pop?

He suffered reg with tonsillitis and some scarring on left tonsil, had gland fever, + 4 ops on a scafoid fracture in 1 year. All 2003/2004 often sick and tired bouts now but much healthier now back into rugby about to go to uni in Sept travelling to Thailand & Aus July. But no bouts of Tonsillitis in over i year much fitter now. Why suddenly stopped, why still weak stomach and oft tired spells but most import should he still go ahead with tonsillectomy He's doubtful?

Say you are on disability, and you had a lot of unforeseen things come up that caused you to be almost broke, your car quit on you and it cannot be fixed, because of lack of money, but you need blood pressure medicine, heartburn medicine, pain medicine, antidepressants, antibiotics, but the drug store doesn't deliver. You need to go to the doctor, grocery store, post office, etc, but you live in a rural area, with no taxi cabs. You don't have any friends nearby to take you anywhere. I am talking about now, and not later on down the line, because you need it now. Do you know of anything you would do?
