It is very unhealthy to do that, but your best bet is to lose water weight and buff up as best you can.
So...
- lift weights and do cardio as much as you can
- no carbonated beverages
- no alcohol, sugars or processed foods
- drink a lot of water (NO drinks with calories please) keep hydrated!
- eat veggies and protein (lots of it)
- lower your salt intake
- go outside and walk around as much as possible during the day

If you're a soda drinker, QUIT. You’d be surprised at how much weight you can lose by not consuming those ‘empty calories’. And of course, stay away from fried and greasy foods.
Good luck!

cut down the meat (i.e. livestock) and the rice...eat whole wheat breads instead...also water therapy will do....and one more thing...do lots of exercise, even brisk walking will do maybe for 1 hour a day...'coz what i know fats will only start to lose after 30 min of exercise.
