I am Goonna get LASIK operation for my eyes and i am 19 with eyesight -1.5 for both eyes?

Have you consulted the eye doctor about this? From what I understood it's usually not a good idea in younger people because their eyes are still changing. I could have gotten the wrong info. Please check into this, and if it is safe at your age then I say do it.

you should ask a specialized doctor, lasik dosn't work for all types of eyes. if your eyes aren't suitable for lasik you might get into serious trouble.

I don't know...maybe I'm just a chicken, but the thought of someone scorching my corneas with a laser scares me, and they still don't understand the long-term benefits/risks of the surgery.
