I KNOW the best thing to do is to go to the doctor, but I want to know other ways I could get better.

I've had this now for years... I just want to know what I can do to make it go away..... It's so annoying sometimes!

Also, I know some answerers really want to answer questions that they don't know how to answer. Like, I've seen answers to this type of question before saying "Exercise for a while! That always works!" Well, NOT for chronic constipation. Chronic, in case someone doesn't know, means long-term.

Thanks in advance to helpful answers :-)

Help me!

I have trouble rasing the Zoloft dosage to 25mg. My body reacts too sentitive if I take 25mg. I get anxious, nausiating, confused, etc.

Right now, I am taking 12.5mg.

I think the reason for the sensitivity is because I have taken 5-htp for quite a while before began taking the Zoloft.

I really want to raise my Zoloft dosage to 25mg, and then later, 100mg.

What should I do?

It often happens after I finish a meal with a brew: The pain usually starts off weak then amps up to full-pain mode. I've noted that eating certain foods such as cheese with a beer aggravates the pain. It's a mystery to me why this happens.

I'm 35 years old but look about 25 years old, sometimes I'm even asked for proof of age when I go to supermarkets to buy alcohol which I find hilarious....

I have never done anything to look younger.. I just use facial wash, cleanser and moisturiser at night.. that's it.. but I do feel a pressure to keep look young mostly in terms of my weight. I'm 5 ft 5 inches tall and weigh 8 stone 4 libs so am reasonably slim.. I used to believe that when I reached my 30's the pressure to be thin would diminish but it's just as bad as ever... people still judge you by what weight you are...

It's weird really that women are expected to look like 20 year olds even if they have kids.. and I have one child... will it get better when I reach my 40's????

I work graveyard shifts, I enjoy my job I even enjoy the late hours. Lately I have found it hard to sleep. I just moved into a new apartment for the first few weeks sleep was fine but now I'm averaging maybe 3 hours every day. THis is not enough I have been highly fatigued, absent minded, my job performance has been affected, and I'm beginning to have early stages of hallucinations. I have spoken with a doctor he prescribed prescription sleeping pills, but I'm not sure if that's how I want to solve this. Is there anything else besides sleeping pills that could help me get rest?

Id just like your views...i have IBS and i think its the IBS that gives me the stress.
Its a bit weird that with me my entire digestive system gets inflamed then i get really anxious as i cant digest and get constipated. Ive found a drug thats working now and i am so much calmer and happier. All you IBS sufferers what came first the chicken or the egg?

I've had clear bumps on the tips of my fingers (above the 1st knuckle, and occasionally under the fingernail) since I was about 6 or 7 (I'm now 19). I noticed them one day when I went to a park playground with my grandmother. It's been recently that I realized that they get really bad (sprouting up in irratible clusters sometimes) when I'm nervous about going somewhere/doing something. I recently had an allergic reaction to the detergent FAB, and I had both the clear and red bumps on my hands, arms, legs, back, and feet. when the red bumps cleared away, I had many clear bumps on the soles of my feet. I've had them on the soles of my feet, but never as bad. Anywho, I would like to know what they could be.

I have been working a shift that starts at 10:30 pm and ends at 6:30 am and have been doing it for 2 years now. I am kinda worried of the physical effects it has on my body or any psychological ones. Since I have been doing it for so long I do sleep a lot more than I did when I worked days, I always get enough sleep but I sometimes just feel tired all the time.
