Yes it can. Look up skin cancer and read.
There are two types. One can be removed and that is the end of that. The other is rather naughty and can metastesise to other parts of the body and to organs which you can't see. And there you have your problem
Stay away from sunbeds and don't stay in the sun too long either, particularly on holiday in the Med, where there is a hole in the ozone layer and the UV is a killer after ten or fifteen minutes.

Yup - as sunbed's use the same harmful rays that cause your skin to go brown (or red). This also ages your skin, and can cause skin cancer.
The rays, by the way, are U.V. rays - or ultra-violet rays.

yes it most definately can, be very carefull how long you use them for and not suggested for long term use as it does increase your chances of skin cancer, more than from just natural sunworshipping
