Oh, that's the result of your laziness to wash your clothes at once. Because if you failed to laundry your clothes for at least 3 weeks, those dots would appear. The same case with the wet clothes. If you failed to hang your clothes to dry, after 3 weeks, you'll see those dots. And all you have to do is to simply throw them or just use is as ease with those dots. But if you feel like disregarding it, you better use them as rugs.

If your cloth were wet and just sitting there for a long time you get those little black dots on your cloth(its mold).
I haven`t tried out that trick ,but they say put lemonjuice on it then salt and let it sit there ,suposed to help get rid of those black spots on your cloth.
