Hi,
No one really knows what happens. Many people have had theorys but no proof. It depends what you beliwve in as some people believe in Heaven and Hell, some think you come back as another animal, or you get trapped as a ghost, or just get thrown in a grave and get eaten by worms (sorry if your eating).

I personally don't know what to believe in as I am only 11, but if you ask 10 different people what they elieve happens, you are most likely to get 10 different (in some way) answers.

Thanks,
Jack D

I know having had near death ex. You are more than just a body. you are mind spirit and soul. The only thing that dies is your body, think of it like a car when the body is of no use the engine is so we go to a scrapyard and put the useful engine into a good body. The spirit which is the real essence of every living thing lives on to another path another journey some call it reincarnation I call it new life new lessons to be learnt (those you did not in this life) Rubbish!!!! try almost dying you will never be the same person again. You look at and treat people and life totally different. These are true facts its up to you whether you believe it.

Do you mean what happens to our soul when we die? It floats up into the light and is met by our Loved Ones who have gone on before. There is no death for the Soul, it just passes to another level. Try a Spiritual Church to learn more.
On the other hand, if you mean what happens to our body when we die, it depends on the situation and Religion. The body is carefully washed, laid out and brown cotton wool is placed into all the orifices. If the death is sudden, then a post mortem (autopsy) is carried out to find the Cause of Death. This is a legal requirement in the UK.

Hi. I dont believe in any religion of such but that we are part of an ethereal force permeating throughout this universe and the multitude of others that are probably out there. When we die our 'life-force' (some call it spirit) re-joins this ethereal force taking our consciousness and memories. I hope we dont get reincarnated, doing this once is enough for me. Just like to think its not all a great waste of time... hope its not.

as ye are in life so shall ye be in death.
When a person dies, all material things are left behind, one does not leave the earth and go to heaven, one is still on the earth at this point, but on a seperate plain, one will be able to see and maybe hear the people left behind. However the spirit is the character, the body is just a physacle covering. you do not change in death into something wanderfull, one is as one is, if one is say alcoholic, then one would find ones self craving for a drink and may even go to the local pub and try and get one. Off people who cant see or hear him, this will be a torment . earthly habits of physacle nature like this will torment, now if a man from the alcolics annonymous dies he has spiritual worth that he can take with him when he dies, he can continue to rescue people from the error of their ways. the alcoholic cant take his drink with him. When one dies the memory of a pre mortal life comes to them, they will remember that they lived with god in heaven before they were born, and that they made a deal with God that they would come to the Earth and fight against Evil be victorious and when one dies one returns to the presence of God. and is gloryfied for their deeds and considered a great warrior against Evil. However there would only be a few of those. God
said "in my house there are many mansions"this means that what ever degree of glory one achieves, there will be a place for them. this means that if on Earth one loves gambling drinking drugs bad language ext then one is in a low spiritual state. if this person goes to a Church one sunday where there are prayers, hyms and religous teachings he will feel very uncomfortable becaus of his lifestyle, and shall not want to go there again. In the spirit realm he will feel the same way, but he will know more about the workings of life and death , so he may want to prosper and change his ways. and be forgiven, if he does then all is not lost. because in the spirit world there are angels doing missionary work trying to rescue people and help them achieve more. However, there are at least two holy rituals that have to be performed in the flesh one is baptism the outher is recieving the gift of the holy ghost first for the forgiveness of sinns and second to have the holy spirit as a companion to help one achieve greatness in the eyes of God.Now if one dies without having performed these two rituals, even if they may be very good people
they cannot enter for the highest degree of glory,But wait.,,, this is taken care of, there is a thing called baptism for the dead, you see the living can be baptised for the dead which can save them and help them.As you may be aware there are many different religions and beliefs in christianity there are probably a couple of thousand different Churches, but only one God. this is because of Satans devide and rule tactics. The holy Spirit is unseen but it is active on the earth today, you may have noticed there is an increase in people tracing their family tree, this is important work for this reason, Suppose a person traced their tree back three hundred years, all those dead people could be properly baptised by one living relative and be saved. The living cannot be saved without the dead, and the dead cannot be saved without the living, we are all connected. A terrable mistake has been made by some Churches, this mistake is the baptism of Babies, it is actualy a sin to baptise a little baby, the sin is;-"To deny the mercy of Christ." Baptism is for people who cmmit sin babies cannot do that. so all those millions of people who were baptised as babies does not count. When a very young child dies in a sence it is a method of salvation because that child goes straight to the highest place to be in the presence of God, because it is sinnless the childs parents are not sinnless but in a sence the parents have got a relative in the presence of God who will surely plead with God on behalf of its parents and God will surly bless the childs parents.Well thats about it if you have any further questions Emailme "Beware of Mockers" Trucker.

Death is necessary for Religions to be able to Raise Money, Feed and Clothe the Priests etc. Fear of Death fills the Churches and Fills the Collection Plates. Doesn't that make it all worthwhile?

It depends.
If your body isn't preserved, the natural existing bacteria quickly reduce the body to goo. If in the wild, maggots and other animals reduce the body even quicker.
If you're talking in metaphysical sense, I think we cease to exist.

If you've been good in this world you go to a place full of beautiful women. If you've been bad you go to a place where women who had been bad in this world go... well they are mostly the beautiful ones so either way you end up with beautiful women after your death.

We'll never know for a fact until we die, and then it is to late to tell anyone about it.
