I'm interested in therapy/counseling that I can get on the Internet. I'd be willing to pay a reasonable charge, say perhaps through PayPal. Does anyone know of such a service?

Should I tell my friends that I cut?? I think that they will only think its cuz im emo. . but i only dress like that. . .i dont do it cuz i'm emo. I dont know if I should tell,but I think one of my frineds might have seen my cuts. . .

My wife is 37 years old and we have two kids, a 14 and 3 year old. (male, female respec.) She was on paxil about 2 years ago for 18 months, but six months ago she decided to stop taking the medication because she didnt want to be looked on as "sick" and we have noticed a dramatic change in her behavior. She has horribly volatile mood swings and is depressed, were lucky if she smiles once a day. The problem we face is approaching her abotut he medication.

My Dr. just switch me from Dexedrine 5mg to Adderall XR 10mg. I’ve taken it for three days, and here is what I’m feeling.

1)Feeling physically slow and mentally dull; I’d stayed home and did not go out of my apt. for the past 3 days.

2)Finally remembered that if I don’t eat soon, I will die; so I got out and search for food. While driving, people stare at me but I made it a point not to stare back, feeling somewhat paranoid at that moment. When ordering for food, my voice was no longer commanding; but instead, it was squeaky and somewhat weak and hesitant.

3)When people were getting annoyed about the way I was acting, it made me emotional and wanted to cry. This was not normal.

Will these side effects go away? How long does it take your body to adjust to the meds? If this keeps going, I will have to switch back to good old Dexedrine.

I hear good things about Adderall XR. Will the side effects go away soon? Or is it normal for Adderall to make feel this way. Please help.

Well I just asked the question about mental institution patients rights, this leads me to my next question, does anybody know of a good place to go to counseling in the Austin, TX area? My friend plans on hurting himself... what scares me the most is he lives a perfectly normal life..

My best friend is thinking of hurting himself and I told him he needs to go to a mental institution, he said they probably won't let him use a cell phone or any phones for a long time, and that he can't leave when he wants to and they can keep him there as long as they want to... Is what he is saying true?

my mate was rushed to hospital sat night her noyfriend found her on sofa taken a OD and slit her wrists (she is fine bit down but fine) they sent her sunday saying see dr for new anti ds has the others are not working .she went to drs said come back in a month and see how you are and gave her all new tablets as the hospital took here others cause after OD they not aloud to give medaction back when you leave basically she brought back about 200 tablets all for different things IBS anti depress and pain killers my question is should the drs be doing and not letting her back out and giveing her new tablets too

maybe you have guessed that person is me xx i am doing ok still down but ok xx

how can i stop panicking when out and about with my kids, iam not a young mum, the youngest is a real daredevil i have to loo away when in the park sometimes i just sit there and shake i learnt first aid but i feel i would not be calm enough to carry it out, i may sound negative but its getting worse the older i get.

I have guess that just landed on my doorstep after being evicted many times. The reason they have been evicted is becuase of their personal hygeine and deplorable living conditions. If someone leaves the house with no care on how they look-I am talking dirty appearance and messed up hair, no brushing teeth, etc.. What sickness is this?

I am a 17 year old Male, playing Football, have had heat exaustion in the past.

I now at times get VERY weak during practice sometimes, it feels like my strength is sucked out of me, and I can't catch my breath.

I have had a sonagram making sure my heart valves are OK and they are.

I am very excited and apprehensive about this season, my Dad thinks it is all mental?

Ive been feeling pressure in my head recently, (like 2-3 weeks). Its not a daily thing but it usually occurs daily. Its not that serious and it lasts like 10 mins at most. (comes back alot tho)

Do you think it is anything serious or just some type of recurring headache?
