Hi everyone
Startin 7 days ago ive been feeling this tension in middle of my chest. Sort of like there is a lump stuck in the middle.
At first i ignored it however 7 days later i still feel it and it hurts when lean forward, backward..or regular stance..i can still feel it a lil
when i cough or deep breathe it also hurts.
However i went to doctors and they did lung chekup..and im fine
also my cardio graph result was fine too..so i dont know whats goin on now
im pretty scared ...what if its cancer or a lung trauma or etc
this has affected my life in the past 5 days and ive been pretty much on a halt in all my everyday tasks.
what do you guys think is wrong?
im very healthy guy usually..no diabetes, cholestrol, etc

How do you stop drinking when youre 22 and EVERYONE you know drinks EVERYDAY. If you go ANYWHERE they ALL drink.. even during the day...
i used to drink from 18-22 about 5 days a week, and now i want to change as i have an ulcer and liver problems and im only 22.

it's really hard. i have cut down but it almost seems impossible NOT to drink, alcoholic is everywhere i go..

I'm 16, not sure how tall, probably between 5 2 and 5 5, I weigh 113 lbs. I know, small :]

I'm already stronger then most people my size and age, but I'd still like to put on a little muscle, although I don't have the desire to me massive or anything, just mainly have some bigger arms, mostly for purposes of actually using them, looks is just a bonus i guess, i was never into how i looked much, hell i normally go out in old pants a stained shirt and not even brush my hair.

Anyways, to the point, would I, and how fast would I gain muscle doing push ups once a day, starting at 30 or so, and working my way up too...how ever many I can do.

Should I push for twice a day? add in some pullups? I think I have a bar for the doorway in the top of my closet somewhere that used to be my brothers, other then that all I have is a old 10lb weight that used to be my sisters, I would like to avoid buying any new equipment.

I been shaving for 4 years now, and it seems since the past 2 years whenever i shave it leaves a red mark, a rash or some sort on my neck always on the same spot, i use high quality razors but i always seem to get the red marks on the same spot. My husband has severe body cramps on a daily basis, in his legs arms back and chest. He has been to two different doctors, has taken vitamin e, potassium and a mens multi vitamin. The doctors have no answers. His muscles draw up and protrude and he is in severe pain. If anyone has any ideas, please help

I have this small rash on my neck right under my right side jaw, and it's from shaving. Like if i don't shave for like more than a day then the small red bumped area goes away, but as soon as i shave it comes back. I've tried washing it with anti-bacterial sopa afterwards, and yes i replace my razor about once a week, so i don't know why it keeps doing that. Is there any kind of methods are creams that i can use to make this go away? And it didn't use to do this till around 3 or4 months ago when it just all of a sudden just started appearing. Just explain some methods or anything to help make it go away. Thanks!
