I knew a guy who had this happen when he urinated, it was pressure from some kind of cyst causing it. In his case it was nothing serious, and didn't even need surgery, just antibiotics. I'm not a doctor so I don't know if something more serious could cause this, i'd check with a real doc.

Rare but not uncommon, when passing your stool it is more than likely pressing on your prostrate gland. It would be best to see your Doc to make sure that your prostrate is not enlarged.

This can be because of constipation. try to avoid constipation by consuming flueds and vegetables
