Luckily, i don't have your problem. Anyways, you should see a doctor and ask about adding sex hormones, like testosterone. As long as you are not done with puberty or fully mature, you should be able to increase your size significantly.

how old are you? and that is not normal if your teenage. it should range from 3.5 to 5.5 inches in your early teens.
