can get some sort of wierd bacteria in my urethra?

Depends on the food, but yes. Any substance or environment that can alter your body's pH, or allow the introduction of microorganisms is a potential for infection. As a guy, you have much less of a chance at contracting one than women, but the risk is still there. Yeast, other fungi, and bacteria live on and in food, even if we don't want to think of those facts. Just practice good hygiene 'afterwards' and you are going to lower your risk factor significantly.

as a nurse, i would have to say yes. food does carry bacteria which can spread. i assume the "playing" you refer to is sexual and the bacteria, especially from fruits or vegetables, could be transferred from the item to the vaginal walls of the female, increasing the possibility of a uti for male or female. so, clean your fruit very well and try to urinate after sex to wash any harmful bacteria away.

probably not. I've only been advised not to use anything that inhibits your natural defenses. Like antibacterial soap basically anything that makes bubbles. Your body is amazing

what defines "play with food," If its what I think, why would it give you a UTI?
