Im not sure mobile phones give a lot of radiation around where ever they are. im not sure if it would cause bad quality sperm but it wouldnt help. i would be more concerned about the area that your phone is near due to radiation causing cancer if you end up with cancer the then YES it WILL affect you sex life. also girls tend to keep their phones in their handbags which they then place on their sholder right next to their breast ta-daa breast cancer.

Not to worry--it will have no effect.
A mobile phone is just a fancy radio transmitter, but unless you're talking, it isn't transmitting. It's on standby, waiting for a signal to turn on the ringer. So there are no radio waves coming from it when it's in your pants pocket.
It will have no effect on your sexual life.
What you drink in a bar will have far more effect on your sexual life.
