Of course. There are plenty of proteins in soy products and meat substitutes, not to mention dairy products and eggs.

Yes sure, I see many vegetarians having godd muscles.
The thing is you have to categories the veg. foods depending on carbohydrates, Vitamins of all types, protiens, then metals like zinc, iron, potassium, calcium etc.
You can use various easily avilable links from net for the above process.
As a real world example I have seen peoples having only fruits, vegetables and honey. They follow a proper timing, proper order in taking food and with correct amount.

u substitute animal proteins with vegetable proteins - soy and nuts, but they re not suitable for building muscles so my answer is no, u can't build muscles if u re vegetarian, but u certainly can work out to lsoe weight and look decent enough

There are many proteins-based food supplements available in the market and you can also have maximum proteins through eggs even if you are vegetarian
