I know a couple of men that are straight and definitly not healthy or wholesome. I know several gay people who lead healthy lives, exercise, volunteer in the community and are quiet wholesome and healthy. If I had a choice of whom I would chose to spend my time with, it would be my homosexual friends. They are great fun. Being healthy and wholesome isn't based on sexual orientation. Naturally it takes an educated person to understand that though. Best wishes.

This is simply a cultural bias that is based about certain beliefs which are unfounded. There is no record that links sexual preference to the health and wholesomeness (morality) of males.
While this may be a personal view, there is no scientific evidence to support it.

I don't know who you been talking to because no one is perfect everyone has problems in one form or another.
I know a lot of straight guys and not one is healthy and wholesome most don't know how to treat a girl and all they want is pus*y and when they are walking down the street with friends and see a girl they act silly/stupid and start talking sh*t to that girl.
I know many gay guys and they seem to be more down to earth and know how to treat a lady and complement her with respect.
I'm one of those gay guys.

That's got to be the most stupid question that I've ever heard. I know more gay men who care more about their health than straight men. Then again, I know straight men who care about their health, too. You can't base this on sexual orientation.

don't know who you've been looking at, but sexuality is NOT a risk factor for healthy or wholesome.

cz gay men , their way of doin sex affects negatively on their penis , also cz straight orientation affects positively on the health generally n on the attitude
