I have a constant rash/ irritation where my left leg meets my groin. It itches and gets raw. It has happened for a long time. Never on the other side. I think it's jock-itch or a allergy, but why only there, I wonder. Don't say, clean better because I wash thoroughly with soap and a cloth up to three times a day, but themore I wash, the more it gets raw and painful. If I don't wash as much, it gets itchy. I can't seem to get relief. No STD's or anything else either. ANyone else had this affliction? Any ideas on solutions?

I wanted to get a second opinion before actually deciding whether or not to go to a doctor. Maybe there will actually be a doctor on here who can help me.

About two weeks ago I was having sporadic pain in my pelvic area ( but not in my testicles). I didn't think nothing of it other than maybe I worked out too hard at the gym. Then about a week ago, a small lump appeared on my scrotum. It is about marble sized and it is not on the outside of the scrotum, rather the inside. It is also not attatched to the actual testicle but just inside the scrotum. My testicles also got really big and red and I have sporadic shooting pains on my left side of my lower abdomen all the time... there also seems to be a hardening inside my pelvis. Should this be something I should worry about of am I overreacting? Should I indeed go see a doctor? You guys know that this is sort of an embarrassing issue but I don't want to have cancer. Someone help me please...
