My left nut hangs lower than my right. Is this OK? Any chicks want to see and give me an opinion?

dats completely normal!dont worry!my left one is hanging lower too!its to prevent ur nuts hitting each other.

your nuts are normal even if they don't hang the same way but you seem to derive an abnormal pleasure in showing your nuts to ladies. LOL... cheers!
