i never grew sprouts during puberty

Men grow taller than their mothers - so how tall is your mother? You may have another growth spurt before you are 17 or 18 but I should think that this is going to be your heigth. If you are very concerned I would ask your parents to take you to see a paediatrician or an endocrinologist.

sure, my cousin grew over 6 inches in a year. he's now 6'4". i do not imagine there's a lot you may do to regulate the top you'll finally end up being. do not raise heavy weights oftentimes. i have heard it would want to stunt your advance.

Males usually grow until they are 21. Females usually grow until about 16 sometime 18.

You could have another, depending on how tall your parents are. But if they're about your height, you're done.

sorry kid mostl likely you are done for life, you are a freaken huge kid, so i think that you are completely done, and if you do grow only about an inch or two.
