It doesn't work......most of them are just masturbation devices...so using that will "increase length and width" also known as an erection.... that's how they get away with selling it and no false advertising charges. Also, if there was truly something like that....that really worked.....it would be on the news world-wide....just like Viagra was a couple of years ago.
