I wanted to get a second opinion before actually deciding whether or not to go to a doctor. Maybe there will actually be a doctor on here who can help me.
About two weeks ago I was having sporadic pain in my pelvic area ( but not in my testicles). I didn't think nothing of it other than maybe I worked out too hard at the gym. Then about a week ago, a small lump appeared on my scrotum. It is about marble sized and it is not on the outside of the scrotum, rather the inside. It is also not attatched to the actual testicle but just inside the scrotum. My testicles also got really big and red and I have sporadic shooting pains on my left side of my lower abdomen all the time... there also seems to be a hardening inside my pelvis. Should this be something I should worry about of am I overreacting? Should I indeed go see a doctor? You guys know that this is sort of an embarrassing issue but I don't want to have cancer. Someone help me please...

Maybe a possible Inguinal hernia? I'd make the appointment to see the Dr.

right as a lad i can vouch for ya its hard letting someone look at your penis and surrounding area i had a hernia when i was 5 then 7 then i started to get a bit edgy when it reappeared at 11 obviously i was more nervous about a doctor poking around down there but you can ask for a female doctor if you want Rather than a male lol and not only that she would be examining it not trying to feel you up tell you what to boost your confidence and make you feel better about it all go into a pharmacy and ask about condoms but take it seriously and when you come out think about how easy it was oh and m8 i doubt you have the cancer but still get it seen to coz if you dont its going to be seriously unattractive if you leave it there and will make you feel very down and you could try telling your mum or,and dad

I would go see a doctor. I had a hernia for four weeks before getting it looked at thinking it might go away. I was wrong and the surgery took more time to heal than it would have if I went earlier.

im sure everyone can agree with you that this issue is emmbarrasing but you really should see a doctor or urolagist because it could be cancer, not to scare you or anything but its better to get scrotom lumps checked out early. hope your ok

see a doctor asap, make an appointment tomorrow. lumps in your scrotum is not something to take lightly and as well as your other symptoms............don't wait

you really need this to be checked by a doctor. whether its cancer or not, you need to be sure. go to a doctor, its your best option.
