I used an herbal product called Lobelia Essence and Lobelia Capsules to help quit. Lobelia is sometimes called Turkish Tobacco and is very relaxing. You can squeeze the liquid into a glass of water or take capsules (I took 1 or 2 every time I had a craving). Worked a treat. Here's the link I use to get it:

wen u feal like u need a light, try chewing gum or watching tv, just do anything to burn time besides smoking. But also dont quit all at once becuase your craveings will overpower you. ween yourself off. So if u smoke a pack a day, try taking a cigerette out every day. Untill u dont hav any left. Use these tequniques in combonation with nicotine gum

But #1 it has to be in your mind
